Project Management is one of the key elements in the implementation of a sound network infrastructure. From the demarcation point straight through to the end user, we follow each phase to ensure the end result is paramount.

At SwitchWorx Ltd., our Project Managers reaches further; following closely the scope of work and adhering to industry standards. Sometimes, there are unforeseen circumstances that occur however; our experienced Project Managers are able to act quickly to make sound judgments and reduce the risk of potential inaccuracies.

Furthermore, our Project Managers orchestrates with various disciplines (architectural firms, electrical firms, Telco, ISP provider, etc…) to ensure the project follows through on time and on budget.

Upon completion, a final walk through with our client is performed to ensure that the installation meets their expectations; and as usual, we do!
