Senior Project Manager...

As the Senior Project Manager, one should hold a diverse business acumen to enforce and enhance the Company’s vision with outstanding interpersonal allure and self-motivation. The applicant must hold their RCDD Certification and have a minimum 3 years experience within a Senior Management position. Furthermore, this will be ‘hands on’ post whereas the individual will work under the direction of the General Manager.

In this key role, you will be responsible for:

  • Retention and growth of the Company while ensuring quality customer service and adhering to Industry Codes & Standards and the BICSI Code of Ethics.
  • Provide a high caliber of Consulting and Design services with specific designation to intricate Network Infrastructures and Data Centre Design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate workload to a team of Project Managers and Technicians.
  • Build rapports with suppliers and manufactures and clients of the company
  • Research and develop new products and services.
  • Provide in-house training to employees by utilizing the BICSI ITSI manual.

This position requires a proven technical, sales and management background and therefore:

  • Superior knowledge in various topologies (ie: data cabling, fibre-optics, wireless systems; telephony, LAN/ WAN networks).
  • Certification as a Structured Cabling Design Engineer and certified training in UPS systems and design integration.
  • Fluent in all aspects of Data Centre Design and proven ability to execute a full solution.
  • Advanced sales experience is imperative inclusive of RFP’s, contract negotiation and solicitation.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD and/ or Visio and Project Management software.
  • Hold excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
